Project Coordinator I
Job Title: Project Coordinator IJob Description This position offers a dynamic opportunity to thrive in a fun and fast-paced environment. As a Project Coordinator, you will engage in extensive phone and email communication with customers, utilizing a variety of software tools to manage customer accounts, research policies, and identify effective solutions. You will work collaboratively within a team and communicate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities + Provide members with a personalized creative experience. + Coordinate the entire lifecycle of member projects. + Ensure stellar customer satisfaction at all times. + Collaborate with Publishing teams to enroll members in the appropriate service package. + Work with internal departments to deliver a quality product promptly. + Utilize software systems to navigate and monitor customer accounts proactively. + Meet all performance and quality metrics. + Initiate and drive process improvement projects within the department to completion. Essential Skills + At least 2 years of experience in a corporate setting. + Experience in customer service and working with high-volume processes. + Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications. + Ability to work weekends and overtime as required. + Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred. + Aptitude to quickly learn new systems and software. + Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and follow-up skills. + Excellent oral and written communication skills. + Experience in project coordination and management. + Experience providing customer support internally in a corporate setting. Work Environment The work environment can be remote if tasks are completed efficiently, although candidates must be based in Seattle and ready to go onsite as needed. The role involves a supportive team culture with opportunities for growth. The position is currently open as a backfill for maternity leave. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
