Job Description
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and tracking permit applications and approvals with local municipalities. You will liaise with utility companies to ensure timely service connections and provide project support, while maintaining project documentation, schedules, and records. Additionally, you will support project managers with administrative tasks and field coordination, manage invoicing, expense tracking, and reporting using QuickBooks, Excel, and other tools. You will also assist with general office operations and facilitate communication across teams.

3 days in office, 2 days remote
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.44 - $33.65/hr.
