Project Coordinator - Digital Marketing & Multichannel Content (HCP Focus)
**About the Role** We are looking for a highly organized and proactive **Project Coordinator** to support digital marketing and multichannel content initiatives aimed at Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) in Poland. You will collaborate closely with creative teams, developers, content experts, analytics specialists, and client stakeholders to ensure smooth, timely, and high‑quality delivery of projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable coordinating multiple workstreams, and has an interest in digital healthcare communications. **Key Responsibilities** **Digital Marketing & Multichannel Coordination** + Support the coordination of digital marketing projects across channels such as: + HCP websites and portals + Email, SMS/MMS, Push notifications, Apps + Digital media assets (display banners, programmatic formats) + Professional social platforms and SoMe + Track timelines, review cycles, and delivery milestones for multichannel campaigns. + Ensure content is consistent, optimized, and reusable across markets. **Content & Asset Management** + Maintain content documentation (copy decks, asset inventories, content matrices, version logs). + Coordinate tasks across different teams of experts. + Conduct QA checks to ensure accuracy, brand alignment, and technical performance. **Analytics & Reporting Support** + Collaborate with analytics teams to gather and organize campaign performance data. + Use **Google Analytics (GA4)** to navigate reports, extract metrics, and prepare summaries. + Support creation of simple dashboards or campaign recap documentation. + Assist with UTM tracking documentation and data handovers. **Project Management Support** + Maintain project schedules, trackers, and weekly status updates. + Prepare meeting agendas, capture notes, and follow up on action items. + Help project managers prepare client documentation, presentations, and delivery reports. + Coordinate communication across internal teams and external partners. + With time advise and lead clients **Required Qualifications** + 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, project coordination, or agency environments (healthcare experience a plus). + Good understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (UX, content, email/CRM, SEO basics). + **Strong skills in Microsoft Excel** + **Practical experience with Google Analytics (GA4)** for reporting and data extraction. + Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. + Strong communication abilities and a collaborative mindset. + Comfortable working in dynamic, cross‑functional project teams. + Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Jira, Smartsheet). + **Language requirement:** + **Polish: fluent (spoken and written)** + **English:** **intermediate** **(spoken and written)** **Preferred Qualifications** + Experience in healthcare, pharma, or regulated digital content. + Understanding of omnichannel journeys and modular content approaches. + Familiarity with CMS tools such as AEM, Drupal, or WordPress. + Exposure to CRM and MAP platforms (Sales Manago, SFMC, Adobe Campaign). + Basic interest or experience in analytics, dashboards, or digital measurement frameworks. **What We Offer** + Opportunity to work on impactful digital projects for Polish and global HCP audiences. + Professional growth toward roles in project management, digital strategy, or analytics. + A collaborative, supportive digital agency environment. + Training in digital marketing tools, omnichannel workflows, and healthcare compliance. + Direct contact with 100 of globally renowned medical brands IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
