Project Coordinator, Business Operations Support (Portuguese) – JLL
 

What this job involves:
 

Drive operational excellence through proactive business support, ensuring seamless pipeline management and stakeholder coordination across multiple platforms. As a Business Operations Specialist, you will be essential in maintaining JLL's high standards of project delivery and client satisfaction through comprehensive CRM management, strategic coordination calls, and cross-functional collaboration. Your expertise in business operations will directly contribute to JLL's commercial real estate success by optimizing processes, managing critical data, and ensuring exceptional stakeholder experiences across all business platforms.
 

What your day-to-day will look like:
 

• Pipeline Management Excellence: Create and update new opportunities in Salesforce and Certinia, ensuring comprehensive tracking and data accuracy across all business platforms
• Sales Leadership Coordination: Lead weekly calls with sales leads, facilitating clear communication and strategic alignment on critical support initiatives
• Cross-Platform Data Management: Execute seamless data migration between Salesforce and complementary business tools while maintaining data integrity
• Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with diverse stakeholders across departments, ensuring clear communication and project alignment
• Report Generation and Analysis: Generate, analyze, and distribute critical business reports to support strategic decision-making processes
• Proposal and RFP Management: Conduct comprehensive proposal reviews and coordinate information flow from multiple channels and cross-functional teams
• Project Coordination: Implement Smartsheet solutions for project coordination and resource management across multiple initiatives
 

Required Qualifications:
 

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Marketing, Communication, or related field
• Advanced English / Advanced Portuguese
• 2-3 years of experience in business operations, project coordination, sales support, or cross-functional coordination roles
• Proven experience with enterprise CRM systems, particularly Salesforce knowledge (preferred) and opportunity management capabilities
• Demonstrated stakeholder management experience with ability to coordinate diverse teams and facilitate productive communication
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, report generation, and business intelligence support
• Excellent communication abilities including active listening skills for effective stakeholder coordination
• Proven time management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines
 

Preferred Qualifications:
 

• Experience with Certinia and Smartsheet platforms for comprehensive project management
• Previous experience in professional services, consulting, or corporate environments with complex operational requirements
• Background in proposal management or business development support activities
• Agile methodology knowledge and basic project management certification
• Customer service experience with proven track record in client-facing roles and service delivery
• Experience with data migration and integration between business platforms with quality assurance processes
• Knowledge of construction project management principles and commercial real estate operations
