Responsibilities
Manage service agreements including setup, renewals, changes, and cancellationsTrack contract expirations, generate renewal proposals, and communicate with customersSupport project setup by ensuring accurate contract details (pricing, scope, billing, schedules)Maintain project tracking tools (schedules, RFIs, change orders, WIP reports)Coordinate materials, purchasing, and deliveries for projects and field techniciansAssist with invoicing, payment tracking, and project documentationOrganize permits, project files, and closeout documentsSupport project teams with administrative tasks and reportingAct as a liaison between sales, operations, field teams, and vendorsProvide backup support to the Service Coordinator as neededQualifications
3+ years of administrative or project coordination experience in construction, engineering, manufacturing, or similar environmentExperience supporting project-based work (documentation, scheduling, purchasing, invoicing)Strong attention to detail and data entry skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Highly organized with ability to manage multiple tasks and projectsStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentJob Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Rocky Hill, CT.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $65000.00/yr.
