Prepare and update project schedules using MS ProjectBill verification and certificationTrack daily, weekly, and monthly progress against the approved plan.Coordinate with site team, contractors, and consultants for progress updates.Identify delays and support preparation of recovery plans.Maintain progress reports and MIS for management review.Track material delivery and major milestones.Assist in organizing review meetings and recording MOM.Ensure alignment between design release and construction schedule.
