We are partnering with a growing, values-driven organization seeking a Project Coordinator to support publishing operations across print and digital materials. This role sits at the center of multiple workflows and works closely with editors, designers, vendors, and internal teams to bring projects from concept to completion.

What You Will Be Doing

• Coordinate print production activities including quotes, approvals, and delivery timelines

• Serve as a key point of contact with printers, vendors, and warehouse partners

• Organize and maintain publishing files and production documentation

• Support reprints and updates by coordinating edits, corrections, and design changes

• Review printer invoices and collaborate with finance on accuracy and approvals

• Upload print-ready files and monitor production status

• Register new publications with copyright agencies and maintain bibliographic records

• Manage ISBNs, barcodes, and Library of Congress Control Numbers

• Maintain publication databases and an internal library of active titles

• Research cost-effective printing, packaging, and shipping solutions

• Support editor-led publishing and author acquisition initiatives

• Assist editors with project tracking, scheduling, and workflow coordination

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, or a related field preferred

• Associate degree or high school diploma with at least three years of relevant experience also considered

• Experience with project coordination, office administration, or publishing support

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities

• Comfort managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365

• Ability to receive feedback and apply style or formatting standards

• Collaborative, dependable, and adaptable work style

Work Environment

• Fully on-site role in Franklin County, MA

• Standard weekday schedule

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $21.00/hr.
