Job Title: Project Coordinator

Role Overview:
The Project Coordinator will play a key role in managing the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of projects from initiation to completion. This position requires working closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure all activities are executed efficiently and align with project goals. The coordinator will oversee schedules, budgets, documentation, and communication to maintain smooth project operations and adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications:
Candidates must hold a B.Arch, MBA, or M.Tech from a recognized institution. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in project management tools are vital. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, along with sound analytical and problem-solving capabilities, are essential for supporting cross-functional collaboration and decision-making.

Experience:
A minimum of 4 to 5 years of professional experience in project coordination within the construction, real estate, or infrastructure sectors is required. The candidate should demonstrate a thorough understanding of project execution processes, stakeholder management, and documentation practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and monitor project schedules, deliverables, and milestones

Assist in budget tracking and resource allocation

Prepare and maintain comprehensive project reports

Facilitate communication among project teams and clients

Ensure projects meet timelines, specifications, and compliance requirements
