We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Project & Development Services team. Reporting to a Senior Project Manager, this role provides vital project and administrative support to ensure successful delivery of projects across Australia.Job Description
Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate project activities from initiation to completion under the guidance of Project Managers
Provide financial support including:
Preparing project forecast revenue (PAFs)
Raising purchase orders (RFPOs)
Managing invoices (IRFs) and debtors
Assist with fee proposals and client presentations
Support PMs/SPMs with project delivery and documentation
Prepare financial data for business reports as required
Train and guide new team members on business processes
Maintain excellent document management and quality assurance
What We’re Looking ForPrevious experience in business administration (property or building industry experience desirable)
Strong financial acumen and attention to detail
Solid understanding of corporate systems (Workday, JDE, SAP, Engage2)
Advanced MS Office and PowerPoint skills; intermediate Excel skills
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to adapt, prioritise, and collaborate effectively
