Aplin has partnered with a leader in the construction industry to hire a Junior Project Coordinator in Edmonton, AB. You will support the design and engineering team to complete commercial and industrial projects across Canada. Your responsibilities will include administrative, coordination, project tracking, and timeline management. The role is highly visible and senior-executive facing, requiring a confident, self-starter personality who is comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the design team with project documentation, record keeping, and organizationAssist with managing project timelines, deliverables, and deadlinesCoordinate with internal stakeholders including the Proposal team, Finance (district-specific), Engineering, and Project teamsAssist with proposal preparation and supporting documentationSupport invoicing and basic financial coordination in collaboration with Finance teamsTrack action items and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely executionCommunicate with teams across multiple regions and disciplinesWhat We’re Looking ForDegree in EngineeringA strong self-starter with a confident personality and professional presenceComfortable in a senior-executive facing roleExcellent communication, organization, and time management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and work with diverse stakeholder groupsInterest in learning the construction and engineering industryDetail-oriented with strong follow-through
