About the RoleOur client, a trusted HVAC provider in Sewickley, PA, is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Service Sales & Project Coordinator to support HVAC installation projects in new residential construction. This role blends customer communication, scheduling, and project tracking with light sales and service support. It’s ideal for someone organized, proactive, and comfortable speaking with both customers and technicians.
Key ResponsibilitiesSchedule service appointments and coordinate internal and external calendarsCommunicate with customers and technicians to confirm appointments and resolve issuesTrack HVAC installation projects from start to finish (typically 80–100 days per project)Log project details, photos, and communications in the systemSubmit and manage warranty claimsPerform data entry and maintain accurate recordsOccasionally visit job sites to support project coordinationProvide customer service and follow-up to ensure satisfactionSupport upselling of services when appropriate (no cold calling)Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth project executionSkills & QualificationsStrong communication and interpersonal skills1–3 years of experience in scheduling, customer service, or project coordination (recent grads welcome)Comfortable on the phone and with outreachFamiliarity with CRM or scheduling software is a plusHighly organized with strong time management skillsAble to work under pressure and adapt to changing prioritiesWillingness to go onsite when neededWhy Join?This role offers the opportunity to expand into larger responsibilities over time, including project management and service leadership. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sewickley, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.04 - $30.05/hr.
