Job Overview:

We are seeking an organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support project execution by scheduling and coordinating meetings, managing leadership travel and executive visits, maintaining project documentation, and tracking progress, budget, resources, and risks. You will play a key role in ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and coordinate meetings, leadership travels, and executive visits to ensure smooth logistics and effective communication.

Maintain comprehensive project documentation including plans, reports, and updates.

Track project progress, budgets, and resources, providing timely updates to stakeholders.

Identify, log, and assist in managing project risks and issues, escalating as needed.

Collaborate with project managers and teams to support day-to-day project activities and communication.

 

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in project coordination or related roles

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana)

Ability to track budgets and resources effectively

Detail-oriented with problem-solving mindset
