Project Coordinator
1. Project Support & Coordination
· Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and schedules.
· Monitor project progress and follow up on deadlines, deliverables, and milestones.
· Help coordinate project team meetings and communication.
· Update project documentation and status reports regularly.
2. Communication & Collaboration
· Communicate with team members, vendors, and stakeholders to relay information or updates.
· Serve as a point of contact for internal and external project-related queries.
3. Documentation & Reporting
· Maintain accurate project records (e.g., contracts, schedules, reports).
· Track and document project changes, issues, and risks.
4. Administrative Support
· Schedule meetings
· Prepare and distribute project correspondence.
· Organize and maintain project files and digital folders.
5. Budget & Resource Tracking
· Help track project expenses and compare them against the budget.
· Assist with acquiring invoices and deposits.
· Coordinate procurement of materials or services needed for the project.
6. Risk & Issue Monitoring
· Identify and flag potential issues or risks to the project coordinator or manager.
· Help maintain a risk/issue log and follow up on resolution actions.
· Track new purchases on drawings and sketches.
· Assist in tracking warranty information.
7. Quality Control Assistance
· Assist in ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards.
· Help gather and organize feedback or evaluations related to project outcomes.
· Approving project to spec prior to issuing payment.
