Project Coordinator
Job Title: Service Dispatch CoordinatorJob Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Service Dispatch Coordinator to manage and coordinate service requests, ensuring efficient dispatch of technicians to client locations. This role involves tracking service call status, optimizing scheduling, and providing administrative support to the service department. Responsibilities + Dispatch service technicians based on service requests and priority to client locations. + Monitor and track the status of service calls and technician availability. + Communicate with clients to confirm service appointments and provide updates on technician arrival times. + Maintain accurate records of service calls, technician assignments, and client interactions. + Collaborate with the service team to optimize scheduling and resource allocation. + Address and resolve any scheduling conflicts or issues that may arise. + Provide administrative support to the service department as needed. Essential Skills + Proficiency in dispatch operations. + Strong communication and organizational skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications + At least 2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or Account Manager. Work Environment The position requires working five days in the office, with the possibility of working one day from home after 90 days. The role includes an on-call aspect for handling emergency tickets, with a team of 12 rotating responsibilities. An on-call stipend is provided, with compensation for regular and holiday shifts. The schedule is flexible, allowing for selection of on-call days, typically four or five days a year. Employees also benefit from a 10% company bonus. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Plymouth, Minnesota. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $60000.00/yr.
