**Position Purpose** Responsible for providing administrative support for projects including planning, tracking, and reporting. **Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities** • Maintains and organizes project documentation and content. • Solicits and analyzes project information from project managers on scope, schedule, cost, and resources. • Develops status reports and presentations for project managers as requested. • Coordinates the completion of milestones within critical projects. • Identifies and presents project issues and risks related to the overall program. • Performs other duties as assigned. **Preferred Qualifications** + 1+ years of experience in project management environment. + Bachelor’s degree in business preferred **Environmental Job Requirements** + Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable. + Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about.
