Job Title: Project Coordinator
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to manage scheduling and coordination activities, ensuring the seamless execution of multiple projects. This role involves developing and maintaining detailed project schedules, tracking milestones, and coordinating meetings and logistics for project teams.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.Track milestones and deadlines across multiple concurrent projects.Coordinate meetings, logistics, and documentation for project teams.Liaise with subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.Monitor subcontractor performance and compliance with project requirements.Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes for external partners.Support the implementation and integration of technology solutions.Manage project documentation and digital workflows using tools like MS Project, SharePoint, or similar platforms.Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in collaboration with IT teams.Maintain accurate records of project activities, budgets, and communications.Prepare cost re-projections and budget variance reports.Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.Work closely with project managers, engineers, and administrative staff.Facilitate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.Support risk identification and mitigation strategies.Essential Skills
3 to 5 years of experience in project coordination or high-volume administrative roles.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.Strong attention to detail with skills in scheduling and data entry into MS Dynamic/CRM.Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.Job Type & Location

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
