Temp-to-Hire position$20.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)Provide administrative and organizational support to multiple sales representatives.Coordinate with designers and purchasing agents to ensure smooth project flow.Track project progress, maintain documentation, and manage schedules.Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to deliver excellent customer service.Support training initiatives and adapt quickly to new processes and systems.Eligible for a pay increase at 90 days based on performance review.Project Coordinator Qualifications:
Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Customer service experience preferred.High school diploma or equivalent required.Consistent and stable work history demonstrating reliability and dependabilityPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employmentWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and celebrate diversity at all levels of our organization.
