Job Description

This position involves managing the submittal/RFI process and maintaining communication with clients and vendors. Responsibilities

Assist the lead Project Manager in project coordination and management.Handle the submittal/RFI process efficiently.Conduct follow-up communications with clients and vendors via calls and emails.Manage project administration tasks including data entry, change orders, and documentation.Utilize Microsoft Excel for project-related tasks.

Essential Skills

Proficient in project coordination and construction management.Experience in project administration and management.Knowledge of the RFI process or willingness to learn.Ability to manage submittals or willingness to learn.Technologically sound and proficient in software systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Bilingual abilities are a plus.Procore knowledge is highly advantageous.Strong communication skills are essential.Experience in construction programming/software is preferred.Completion of college courses in Construction Management is required.

Work Environment

The role is based in Gaithersburg, MD, requiring presence in the office five days a week. You will collaborate directly with the owner and Sr project manager, as well as the internal team, in an environment that fosters professional growth and development.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
