Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator position is a supporting role within the buildings team, reporting to the Administration/Coordination group leader. The position is highly collaborative and requires active communication with team members and the larger administrative community at Jacobs.
In this role you will join a dedicated professional team working to make a difference for our Federal Government Clients.
• Pro-active engagement with team members to understand needs and schedules for fast-paced project delivery.
• Electronic and physical document management, including filing, copying, scanning and tracking documents entering and leaving the system.
• Support of technical personnel by scanning and filing field documents.
• Manage an Outlook calendar highlighting and updating project milestones.
• Support printed deliverables by managing copying, binding, boxing, shipping, and tracking physical documents.
• Manage office supplies and order items as requested by the team.
• Assist with overseas travel agendas.
o Make itineraries and flight arrangements and coordinate Visas
o Research local conditions and help the team understand local weather or safety concerns
The role requires a high level of organization to support deadlines and keep track of requests. The Arlington Team will work with you to set priorities, answer questions and support your success.
• United States Citizenship
• At least two years of college-level coursework or equivalent
• At least 3 years of project coordination experience in the architecture and engineering industry
• Experience utilizing Specsintact and masterspec sofware
