Role Overview

Plan and deliver assigned MDI workplan activities in coordination with team members. Coordinate logistics and liaise with Operations and Finance teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant implementation. Build and manage relationships between MDI and assigned partners. Prepare and facilitate workshops, presentations, and learning events for partners and donors. Support project reporting and provide high-quality performance information as required. Liaise with the MDI Project Manager on progress, risk management, and adherence to policies. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Team Leader and Project Manager.

Skills & Qualifications

Project Phases: Proficient in managing various phases of project execution. Status Reports: Ability to prepare detailed status reports for stakeholders. Trending Programs: Knowledge of current trends in media development. Project Management: Strong project management skills to oversee multiple initiatives. Communication Tools: Experience with Microsoft Teams and Zoom for remote collaboration.

Education & Experience

Tertiary Qualifications: Relevant degree in a related discipline. Experience: Minimum of five years in project coordination and administration.
