Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project/Program Coordinator to join our team in East Peoria, IL. This role involves supporting cross-functional teams using both Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies. The successful candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and proficient in Microsoft Project and Azure DevOps, serving as a central coordination point for project tasks, schedules, and meetings.
Responsibilities
Serve as a Project Coordinator supporting technical leads across various business units.Maintain and manage schedules in Microsoft Project and/or Azure DevOps.Coordinate meetings, capture and drive follow-up on action items.Ensure team compliance with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall processes and methodologies.Effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and leadership to facilitate project progress.Provide project documentation and status updates as needed.Essential Skills
Minimum of 5 years of professional project coordination or project management experience.Experience with real-world Agile projects.Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Azure DevOps.Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Ability to drive meetings, manage tasks, and track action items independently.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Must currently reside within driving distance of Building LC, East Peoria, IL.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.Previous experience in a Scrum Master role.Familiarity with CAD environments or experience working in CAD-based project teams is a plus.Experience in heavy machinery, manufacturing, or similar industries is advantageous but not required.Open to candidates with more than 10 years of experienceWork Environment

This is a Contract position based out of Peoria, Illinois.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
