Job Description
The Project Coordinator, GCSO Health Care Compliance System Operations will be responsible for the accurately inputting data, managing, and maintaining documentation related to Health Care Professionals (HCPs) and Health Care Organizations (HCOs), as well as transfer(s) of value (ToV). This role is critical in ensuring compliance and supporting the organization’s corporate objectives. This role will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Health Care Compliance System and data entry database, ensuring efficient, accurate system management to uphold compliance standards.

Main Responsibilities Review requests received from Business Partners, collaborating with them as needed to ensure all required information is complete, accurate, and clear Track and monitor submitted requests through to final approval of transactions Manage relationships with internal stakeholders to maintain transparency, accountability and regulatory compliance related to ToV to HCPs Support all process and system improvements to enhance efficiency, simplicity and responsiveness Maintain knowledge of applicable laws, regulations and compliance requirements related to HCP engagements and ToV to HCPs Education
At minimum, the ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, pharmaceutical, healthcare administration or relevant field.

Knowledge
This is an entry level position. Prior professional experience or internships on a pharmaceutical company are preferred.

Skills and Experience Exceptional attention to detail and organization Strong and clear communication skills Quick learner with a hands-on approach and proactive attitude Project management experience is preferred Proven compliance-focused mindset Receptive, self-aware, and culturally sensitive – comfortable collaborating with colleagues from diverse backgrounds, including international teams Experience with Pharma Health Care Compliance system is highly desirable Ability to prioritize, identify matters for escalation, and manage ambiguity effectively Skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously across various stages of approval Excellent time management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively at all organization levels
