Project Coordinator
Project Coordinator Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-orientedProject Coordinatorto join our growing construction team in Milwaukee. This role supports project managers and field teams in planning, executing, and closing construction projects efficiently and on schedule. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about contributing to high-impact commercial and residential construction projects. Key Responsibilities: + Assist in the planning and scheduling of construction projects from initiation to completion. + Coordinate communication between project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients. + Track project progress, budgets, and timelines; prepare regular status reports. + Maintain project documentation including contracts, change orders, RFIs, and meeting minutes. + Support procurement activities and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment. + Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company policies. + Help resolve project-related issues and escalate when necessary. + Organize and attend project meetings, taking notes and following up on action items. Qualifications: + Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field. + 2+ years of experience in construction or project coordination preferred. + Strong organizational and multitasking skills. + Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. + Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar). + Familiarity with construction documents and terminology. + Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
