Job Description
As a Project Coordinator, you will assist Project Management personnel to ensure project goals are achieved and customer expectations are met. You will play a key role in supporting the team with various tasks to ensure smooth project operations.
ResponsibilitiesAssist Project Management personnel with day-to-day project tasks.Assist with preparation and maintenance of schedule of values.Prepare draft invoices and requisitions.Perform general contract administration.Requisition materials and services.Prepare minutes of meetings.Manage subcontracts.Maintain and organize project documentation through software such as ProjectWise and Vision.Track the status of work plans and deliverables for projects.Assist in the preparation and updating of Project Schedules.Understand the TRC Project Cycle Procedures.Understand the TRC Policy for determining Project Estimate at Completion.Develop and maintain relationships with external partners.Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve problems.Achieve weekly billable goals as defined by project guidelines.Perform other duties as assigned.Essential SkillsProject coordinationScheduling meetingsAdministrative supportAdditional Skills & QualificationsAssociate's Degree in Engineering, Administration, or ManagementOther education and work experience may be considered
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $29.00/hr.
