Our client, a leading player in the mobility services industry, is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be part of the MOPS team supporting the development and implementation of maintenance, inspection, and documentation programs. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Project Coordinator

Location: Foster City, CA

Pay Range: $43-$47 per hour

What's the Job?

Manage project schedules, deliverables, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. Work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and procurement teams to ensure project deliverables are executed successfully. Track project progress, identify any potential risks or issues, and develop and execute mitigations. Facilitate regular meetings and communication with cross-functional stakeholders to keep everyone informed. Support and coordinate the development and maintenance of clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation.

What's Needed?

Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business Administration or a related field. Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a project coordinator or in a similar role. Ability to produce and maintain project budgets and schedules and manage risk. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficient in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., JIRA, Agile, Smartsheet).
