Project Coordinator
Description:

Project Coordination working with a Project Manager on private and public sector technology projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:Assist project manager on large projectsAttend meetings, take meeting minutesUpload meeting notes to SavantFollow-up on internal and external project tasksTrack Equipment ETAsComplete NetStage requestsComplete Tech requests/schedulingTrigger invoicing for servicesUpload project documentation to SavantCoordinate unmanaged or small T&E projectsSubmit resource requestsConduct internal and external kick-off meetings as necessary to initiate T&E engagementsApprove time and expenses monthlyTrigger invoicing for time and expenses monthlyClose T&E project when completeCreate RFP timelines using MS Project templatesSkills and experience:Willing to engage in project management training/certification and mentorship within 18 months of being hiredMS Suite experience (MS Project, Excel, Word, One Note, Power Point, etc…)Strong communication, analytical, technical, problem-solving, interpersonal and leadership skillsMinimum Qualifications/Technical and Educational Requirements:Applicable business experience
