Project Coordinator
Description: Project Coordination working with a Project Manager on private and public sector technology projects. Roles & Responsibilities: + Assist project manager on large projects + Attend meetings, take meeting minutes + Upload meeting notes to Savant + Follow-up on internal and external project tasks + Track Equipment ETAs + Complete NetStage requests + Complete Tech requests/scheduling + Trigger invoicing for services + Upload project documentation to Savant + Coordinate unmanaged or small T&E projects + Submit resource requests + Conduct internal and external kick-off meetings as necessary to initiate T&E engagements + Approve time and expenses monthly + Trigger invoicing for time and expenses monthly + Close T&E project when complete + Create RFP timelines using MS Project templates Skills and experience: + Willing to engage in project management training/certification and mentorship within 18 months of being hired + MS Suite experience (MS Project, Excel, Word, One Note, Power Point, etc…) + Strong communication, analytical, technical, problem-solving, interpersonal and leadership skills Minimum Qualifications/Technical and Educational Requirements: + Applicable business experience
