Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing business system projects focused on transitioning from sales to operations, ensuring compliance with contracts, and assisting with various project-related tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
ResponsibilitiesInitiate and track contract projects to ensure compliance and successful completion.Assist Engineering Specialists and Project Managers in preparing submittals and operation/maintenance manuals.Create detailed installation guide packets for all projects.Generate O&M manuals for all projects.Analyze Customer Contracts to determine project-specific documentation needs.Support Project Managers with all project-related tasks and overflow.Understand detailed construction and manufacturing schedules to ensure consistency.Communicate effectively with team members about problems, obstacles, and information needs.Meet the needs of both internal and external customers.Essential SkillsProject coordination experience.Experience in procurement, quotes, and RFQs.Budgeting skills.Effective email communication.Construction industry knowledge.At least 1 year of experience in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction industry.Experience working alongside Project Managers and external vendors.At least 1 year of RFQ experience.Ability to multitask and manage more than one project at a time.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in a fast-paced work environment.Work Environment
The position is 100% in-office with an 8-5 work schedule. The office maintains a casual and fun atmosphere, fostering a team-oriented environment. There are 22-25 people on staff locally, including two other coordinators. The company offers paid benefits for employees.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $65000.00/yr.
