Career Site Header Job Summary

The Administrative Project Coordinator provides support to Sun's Event & Special Projects team by performing various administrative tasks in an organized and effective manner.

Job Duties Responds to team member inquiries and requests across various communication channels (phone, email, support ticket system) in a timely and efficient manner.  Assists with resolving uniform-related inquiries and issues from team members in a timely and professional manner.  Assists with administering Sun's purchasing card programs.  Uploads and codes invoices into ERP system to ensure payment is processed on a timely basis.  Makes travel arrangements, including booking airfare, hotel accommodations, and car rentals for team members traveling to/from company events. Assists with maintaining the team member rewards and incentive programs. Assists with monitoring inventory and maintaining an adequate supply of event-related materials. Assists with various special projects as requested. Other duties as assigned. Requirements High School Diploma or GED (Required) 1 year HR experience (Preferred) 2 years Administrative experience (Required) 2 years Customer service experience (Required) Ability to work under minimal supervision Ability to use Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks Exceptional attention to detail
