Project Coordinator
Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support large-scale infrastructure initiatives within a major healthcare system. This role will assist in the coordination and execution of projects focused on the deployment and support of end-user devices and infrastructure solutions across inpatient, clinical, and administrative environments. Key Responsibilities:  Support program/project manager in tracking and managing tasks, timelines, and deliverables across multiple healthcare facilities.  Ability to work and facilitate discussions with multiple project managers and vendors  Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items and decisions.  Assist with vendor coordination, logistics, and scheduling for device and printer deployments.  Maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates to ensure alignment with compliance and security standards.  Collaborate with clinical engineering, IT support, and operational teams to ensure smooth execution of project activities.  Monitor inventory and asset tracking related to devices and printers. Skills and Requirements 12 years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, or related roles, preferably in IT or healthcare.  Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.  Familiarity with infrastructure deployments and/or conversions  Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project tracking tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Excel, SharePoint).  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
