We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented project coordinator to join Akima’s Lockwood Hills Federal (LHF) team supporting the Advanced Digital Learning (ADL) Initiative. This position is designed for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The incumbent will support various administrative and technical tasks, working closely with different departments to ensure smooth operations. This role is limited to 30 or fewer hours per week. Responsibilities Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing files. Support the team with solving applied problems, working with data entry and synthesis, and helping organize creative tasking. Participate in the development and testing of software applications. Conduct research and compile data for various projects. Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports. Provide support during company meetings and functions. Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives. Qualifications Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Desired Qualifications Previous work experience in a technology-related field. Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++. Experience with web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Knowledge of database management systems (SQL, NoSQL). Understanding of social media management and digital marketing. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
