To find out more visit www.lenovo.com , and read about the latest news via ourStoryHub (https://news.lenovo.com/) . **Description and Requirements** + Experience in delivering small to medium IT infrastructure projects end to end + Lead technical project teams in the delivery of consulting service offerings + Prepare details project plan, WBS, time sheet, GANT chart, etc as needed. + Coordinating project priorities across multiple tracks on a project and driving the project + Coordinate, schedule and facilitate client and internal meetings and weekly status reporting and other team meetings + Coordinate internal resources/stakeholders, third parties/vendors as well as interfacing customer for the flawless execution of large solution projects + Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. + Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders (internal and external) and ensuring technical feasibility + Ensure resource availability and allocation + Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques + Report and escalate to management as needed + Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders (internal or partner) + Maintain a broad knowledge and understanding of the current and anticipated future state of the IT infrastructure marketplace including IT infrastructure trends, technologies, and standards + Build personal relationships with Sales SMEs to ensure early engagement in service delivery. + Ensure that customer expectations are appropriately set and managed + Perform risk management to minimize project risks + Establish and maintain weekly project tracking meetings with subcontracted vendors in the regions. + Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation + Achieve customer delight and loyalty, and upsell additional solutions and services + Support the overall Services growth target in assigned geography. **Additional Locations** : * Japan - Tōkyō - Chiyoda-Ku * Japan * Japan - Tōkyō * Japan - Tōkyō - Chiyoda-Ku
