Description and Requirements Experience in delivering small to medium IT infrastructure projects end to endLead technical project teams in the delivery of consulting service offeringsPrepare details project plan, WBS, time sheet, GANT chart, etc as needed.Coordinating project priorities across multiple tracks on a project and driving the project Coordinate, schedule and facilitate client and internal meetings and weekly status reporting and other team meetingsCoordinate internal resources/stakeholders, third parties/vendors as well as interfacing customer for the flawless execution of large solution projectsEnsure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders (internal and external) and ensuring technical feasibilityEnsure resource availability and allocationMeasure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniquesReport and escalate to management as neededManage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders (internal or partner)Maintain a broad knowledge and understanding of the current and anticipated future state of the IT infrastructure marketplace including IT infrastructure trends, technologies, and standardsBuild personal relationships with Sales SMEs to ensure early engagement in service delivery.Ensure that customer expectations are appropriately set and managedPerform risk management to minimize project risksEstablish and maintain weekly project tracking meetings with subcontracted vendors in the regions.Create and maintain comprehensive project documentationAchieve customer delight and loyalty, and upsell additional solutions and servicesSupport the overall Services growth target in assigned geography.
