What you'll do A Project Coordinator will work on installation, upgrade, repair and preventive maintenance projects on all communication platforms supported by Viasat. The primary responsibility will be to communicate with the customer and coordinate vessel visits, service engineer resources and spare parts. The job description may change over time, since Viasat is a company facing rapid growth and constant technological and organizational development. The day-to-day Coordinate repairs, new installations, and upgrades for the NexusWave product Coordinate preventive maintenance in EMEA according to budget Actively look for preventive maintenance in the region Obtain information such as PO (purchase order), agent info, letter of invitation, Visa etc. Liaise with customers, agents and third parties to ensure smooth and cost-effective workflow Arrange travel and accommodation for Service Engineers Update resource management system Verify timesheets, reports and travel expenses Make sure customer documentation is updated after services Participate in after office hours & weekend on-call What you'll need Bachelor Degree and/or relevant experience. Relevant experience can compensate for lack of formal education.
