Project Coordinator

If you have1–5 years of experience in construction or a related field and love keeping things organized and on track, we want to hear from you! What You’ll Do As a key player on our team, you’ll: + Partner with Project Managers to keep schedules sharp and projects on time. + Track and document change orders like a pro. + Ensure every job is ready to go—permits, POs, and close-out items included. + Use tools like Click Schedule and FMP360 to keep everything moving. + Manage and update work orders, field change orders, and project databases. What You Bring + Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel. + Experience with project coordination, scheduling, and documentation. + Familiarity with tools like Click Schedule,FMP360,Quickbase, or Ragic is a plus + A solid understanding of project management principles. + Bonus points for experience with SCE tools and processes or general construction knowledge. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
