Project Coordinator
Description We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team in Fort Wayne, Indiana. In this Contract-to-Permanent position, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing multiple projects, ensuring they align with compliance requirements and organizational goals. This position requires strong multitasking skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities: • Oversee a portfolio of concurrent projects, tracking milestones, dependencies, and risks to ensure progress stays on course. • Assist in developing and managing compliance oversight programs to meet regulatory and organizational standards. • Identify and address gaps within change management processes, implementing solutions to ensure smooth transitions. • Design and execute thorough testing strategies to validate the effectiveness of changes and improvements. • Facilitate project planning by creating detailed timelines, deliverables, and coordinating team collaboration. • Organize and lead meetings, preparing agendas, documenting decisions, and distributing follow-up notes. • Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders by providing updates, escalating risks, and addressing barriers. • Ensure comprehensive project documentation and maintain a centralized repository to meet audit requirements. • Prepare and deliver detailed reports on project progress, risks, and compliance adherence. Requirements • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams. • Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar platforms. • Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. • Strong attention to detail with the ability to anticipate challenges and identify risks. • Familiarity with change management frameworks and testing strategies for implementation processes. • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities. • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.
