Job Title: Temporary Project Specialist – Procurement Risk & Customer Experience

Amazon is seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support Procurement
Risk and Customer Experience initiatives. This is a temporary role ending December 2025,
ideal for someone with a strong background in procurement operations, process coordination,
and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate is execution-focused, thrives in fast-
paced environments, and is comfortable managing tasks across stakeholders, timelines, and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and track day-to-day activities for procurement and customer experience
improvement projects.
• Support medium-to-large process transformation efforts by driving task-level execution
and issue resolution.
• Conduct data analysis to identify root causes and improvement opportunities in customer
experience (CX).
• Manage project documentation, timelines, updates, and reporting of CX and procurement
initiatives.
• Work directly with stakeholders (internal teams, vendors, finance) to ensure timely PR
creation, PO approvals, and amendments.
• Partner with technical and business teams to follow up on requirements and ensure timely
delivery of solutions.
• Assist with collecting and interpreting customer feedback and supporting Voice of
Customer initiatives.
• Maintain operational controls and standard methods across projects.
• Generate reports and dashboards on procurement operations, spend data, and project
metrics.
• Provide administrative support for program logistics, risk identification, and cross-team
coordination.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (MBA preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in Procurement Operations, Accounts Payable, or P2P
processes in a large organization.
• Excellent coordination, follow-up, and communication skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable being “hands-on” and proactive in solving problems or removing
roadblocks.
