Our client, a trusted partner with Robert Half, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join their growing team. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects by overseeing schedules, coordinating resources, and maintaining close communication with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
+ Assist project managers in creating and managing project plans, schedules, and timelines to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
+ Track project resources, including staff, budgets, and materials, ensuring they are allocated efficiently.
+ Serve as a central point of contact for project updates, status reports, and tracking deliverables between clients, internal teams, and external vendors.
+ Prepare and distribute materials such as agendas, progress reports, meeting notes, and presentations to ensure project objectives are clearly communicated.
+ Monitor potential risks and actively work with team members to address issues that may impact the project schedule or quality.
+ Handle project-related administrative duties, such as invoicing, expense tracking, and process documentation.
+ Maintain and utilize project management tools or software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello) to track workflows.
Requirements
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field OR equivalent work experience.
+ 3+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a related field.
+ Proven track record of supporting multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with teams and stakeholders.
+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
+ Familiarity with project management tools or platforms (e.g., Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Jira).
+ Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detail.
+ Adept at prioritizing tasks and proactively solving problems under tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Certification in project management (e.g., CAPM or PMP) preferred but not required.
+ Experience working in specific project environments, such as IT, construction, or marketing, is a plus.
