Key Responsibilities: + Organize and manage all phases of event-related projects, including timelines, budgets, and deliverables. + Maintain and update project schedules while tracking key milestones to ensure deadlines are met. + Communicate regularly with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to provide status updates and mitigate risks. + Handle administrative duties, including tracking invoices, coordinating meetings, and distributing project documentation. + Assist with on-site logistics and vendor coordination during events to ensure smooth execution. + Develop detailed post-event reports, highlighting successes and areas for improvement. Requirements + Education: Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business, or a related field is preferred. + Experience: 2–4 years in project coordination or event planning; experience in large-scale corporate event management is a plus. + Skills: Outstanding organizational skills, ability to multitask, and demonstrated success in deadline-driven environments. + Technical Expertise: Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello) and intermediate Excel skills. + Attributes: A quick problem-solver, collaborative mindset, and ability to prioritize under pressure.
