Job Title: Project Coordinator 1Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and dedicated Project Coordinator to support the transition of new and expanded Work Dynamics Integrated Facility Management accounts. This role focuses on supplier onboarding and procurement deliverables, ensuring seamless account transitions. This is an ASAP contract position with a hybrid work schedule.

ResponsibilitiesSupport supplier onboarding processes with data entry and management through Sourcing and Procurement technology platforms.Assist in creating vendor information packets and attachments as needed.Manage large data sets, create dashboards, and generate reports using advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP and pivot tables.Ensure required due diligence for supplier onboarding, including Corrigo administration.Administer and maintain supplier files for compliance with internal and client requirements.Research missing vendor contact information utilizing internal and external online resources.Manage phone and email correspondence between internal teams and supply partners, escalating issues as needed.Make and field regular follow-up calls with vendors to support them with the registration process and troubleshoot technology issues.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to establish effective solutions.Ensure compliance with sourcing and contracting policies and procedures.Track all correspondence and authorizations by maintaining detailed and accurate files.Support communication and resolution of compliance components related to vendor Certificates of Insurance and Rate Cards.Essential SkillsStrong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in multitasking and effective prioritization.Excellent proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and duplicate check functions.Working knowledge of Sourcing and Procurement technologies, including Aravo, Jaggaer, Corrigo, E1, Avetta, and ISN.Strong organizational skills and analytical ability.Ability to manage multiple projects with variable timelines simultaneously.Capability to work within time-sensitive deadlines and escalate issues as necessary.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to learn the role on the job with minimal formal training.Adaptability to stay current with evolving technologies, tools, and systems.Data analysis and dashboard creation capabilities.A change management mindset to identify, communicate, and drive process efficiencies.Work Environment

This hybrid role requires in-office work from Tuesday to Thursday, with remote work on Monday and Friday. The work hours are from 8 am to 5 pm EST, with flexibility for a 6:30 am or 7 am start. Please note that there is no free parking on site; city parking is available in street garages. The position involves a single round of virtual interviews.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
