This role will contribute to shaping the future of our workforce by driving programs and pipelines that support our Talent Acquisition (TA) strategy.

How You'll Make an ImpactSupport the planning, execution, and tracking of talent pipeline projects across Early Talent, Employer Brand, Strategic Sourcing, Contingent Workforce, Referrals, and Internal Mobility.Develop project plans, assess progress, and provide regular status updates to program managers and TA leadership.Coordinate cross-functional communications, ensuring alignment with HRBPs, business leaders, and global TA partners.Assist in creating dashboards, reports, and presentations that track program metrics, return on investment, and business impact.Document and streamline processes, templates, and tools to support consistency and scalability across pipeline initiatives.Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to manage timelines, deliverables, and budgets effectively.Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, calling out appropriately to program leaders.

How You'll Get HereBachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).1–3 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or project coordination roles.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, Asana, or similar).Exposure to HR or TA systems (Workday, Phenom People, CRM tools) preferred.Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with an inclusive and collaborative mindset.

This position operates in a professional office or hybrid environment. Standard office hours apply, with the possibility of occasional travel to partner universities or business sites.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $73,000.00–$75,000.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
