We’re seeking a Project Coordinator to support the planning and execution of the Highway 63 twining project including the construction of MSE walls and bridge structures in Alberta.

This role is ideal for someone with foundational project coordination experience who is eager to grow, collaborate, and contribute to successful project delivery. In this position, you’ll gaining hands‑on exposure to project management responsibilities and the full lifecycle of a major roadbuilding project.

Work ConditionsSite-based rotation: 10 days on / 4 days off, 12 hour daysDuration: March 2026 – October 2027Locations: Hwy 63 (North of Fort McMurray)Camp provided in Fort McMurrayVehicle: Full-time use of company truck and fuel cardMust be willing to work the full project term and act as cross-shift with the PM; reachable when required

Key ResponsibilitiesManage subcontractors, support meetings, agreements, and project oversightExecute project controls: scheduling (P6), progress tracking, quantities, productivity, and reportingSupport contract management including RFIs, change tracking, documentation, and identifying risks/opportunitiesCoordinate surveying activities and assist with cost coding, invoicing, accruals, and forecastingCollaborate daily with safety, consultants, subcontractors, and the project team

Qualifications3+ years of roadbuilding, infrastructure and/or bridge construction experience is highly regardedDegree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (or equivalent experience)Project controls, subcontractor management and reporting is essentialTechnical proficiency in Primavera P6, InEight, SharePoint, Bluebeam, and ExcelAbility to work independently in a small, fast-paced team; strong problem-solving and communication skillsMust be comfortable driving a company truck on active construction sitesValid class 5 license with a clear driver's abstractMust be able to pass Pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
