Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Project Controls Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, controlling, forecasting, and reporting cost and schedule performance for various projects throughout our organization.

Develop and maintain work breakdown structures for projectsEstablish levels of control and detail for project planning and executionCreate and update project schedules using industry-standard softwarePerform cost analysis and forecasting to ensure project financial healthMeasure and report project progress using earned value management techniquesConduct risk analysis and implement mitigation strategiesManage change control processes and incorporate scope variations into schedule and cost deliverablesPrepare comprehensive project performance reports for stakeholdersCollaborate with project managers and team members to ensure accurate data collection and reportingMonitor project expenditures and review coding accuracyMaintain commitment logs for purchase orders and subcontractsAssist in the preparation of monthly reports and presentations

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred)Proven 10 years of experience in project management and cost/schedule performance managementProficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project)Strong knowledge of work breakdown structures, planning, and scheduling techniquesExpertise in cost analysis, forecasting, and earned value managementExperience with risk analysis and change control processesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong mathematical and statistical abilitiesOutstanding communication and reporting skillsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and qualityWillingness to work in Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaKnowledge of local construction regulations and practices in Saudi Arabia (preferred)
