**Job Description**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Project Controls Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, controlling, forecasting, and reporting cost and schedule performance for various projects throughout our organization.
+ Develop and maintain work breakdown structures for projects
+ Establish levels of control and detail for project planning and execution
+ Create and update project schedules using industry-standard software
+ Perform cost analysis and forecasting to ensure project financial health
+ Measure and report project progress using earned value management techniques
+ Conduct risk analysis and implement mitigation strategies
+ Manage change control processes and incorporate scope variations into schedule and cost deliverables
+ Prepare comprehensive project performance reports for stakeholders
+ Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure accurate data collection and reporting
+ Monitor project expenditures and review coding accuracy
+ Maintain commitment logs for purchase orders and subcontracts
+ Assist in the preparation of monthly reports and presentations
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred)
+ Proven 10 years of experience in project management and cost/schedule performance management
+ Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project)
+ Strong knowledge of work breakdown structures, planning, and scheduling techniques
+ Expertise in cost analysis, forecasting, and earned value management
+ Experience with risk analysis and change control processes
+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
+ Strong mathematical and statistical abilities
+ Outstanding communication and reporting skills
+ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
+ Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
+ Willingness to work in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
+ Knowledge of local construction regulations and practices in Saudi Arabia (preferred)
