Airswift is seeking a skilled professional responsible for delivering advanced project controls support across complex capital and O&M projects. This role operates with minimal supervision and requires full competency in estimating, scheduling (P6), cost control, and change management while ensuring alignment with program and portfolio?level reporting standards.
Responsibilities: Perform complex estimating, scheduling, cost control, and change documentation activities for assigned projects. Develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules with expertise in Primavera P6. Identify project issues, recommend solutions, and implement corrective actions to support performance and delivery. Ensure compliance with established project controls principles, procedures, and reporting standards. Monitor variances, trends, risks, and forecasts while providing clear, actionable insights to project leadership. Support multiple project types, including “Green III,” “Brown,” or several smaller “Green II” projects simultaneously. Prepare and present project performance summaries for internal stakeholders. Collaborate with cross?functional project teams, including external suppliers and vendors. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and refinement of project controls processes. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, project management, engineering, technical field, or equivalent. Minimum of 5 years of project controls experience; OR 9 years in lieu of a degree. Proven proficiency in project controls concepts, analytics, and computer applications. Experience working independently with minimal supervision on complex projects. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
