We are seeking a highly skilled Planning Manager to lead scheduling and coordination activities for our major construction projects.

What You'll Do

Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project

Monitor progress and deliver critical reports to stakeholders and senior leadership

Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution

Identify risks early and implement proactive recovery strategies

Optimize resource allocation across all construction phases

Prepare and evaluate delay claims, extension of time (EOT) requests, and schedule impact analyses

Support commercial team with forensic schedule analysis and claims documentation

What We're Looking For

Essential:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline

+10 years of construction planning experience on complex projects

Expert knowledge of Primavera P6 and scheduling methodologies

Strong understanding of construction sequencing and critical path analysis

Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget

Experience with delay analysis techniques (Windows, Time Impact, As-Planned vs As-Built)

Preferred:

PMP, PMI-SP, or equivalent professional certification

Experience with earned value management

Excellent stakeholder communication skills
