Job DescriptionDevelop, implement, and maintain project control systems, including scheduling, cost control, and risk management.Monitor program & project progress and performance, analyzing variances and recommending corrective actions.Prepare and present detailed project reports and forecasts to senior management and clients.Coordinate with project managers, planners, finance teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.Responsible for reporting, updating, and logging risks and opportunities as well as following up on mitigation measures.Manage project budgets, including tracking expenditures and forecasting future costs.Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and company policies related to project controls.Support contract administration by reviewing change orders, claims, and progress payments.

QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field is required master’s degree is preferred.15+ years of relevant experience in project controls within large infrastructure or construction projects.Proven expertise in scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and cost control systems.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and leadership abilities, capable of managing multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.Familiarity with international project management standards and best practices.
