Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Project Control Officer (PCO) to support a large‑scale Mainframe migration initiative at one of our large financial institution clients on a 12‑month contract. This program spans multiple workstreams and involves extensive cross‑team coordination across mainframe application and platform teams. The PCO will work closely with Project Managers and program leadership, providing hands‑on support across project governance, documentation, audit readiness, and action tracking, while ensuring strict adherence to the Project Delivery Life Cycle (PDLC). Key Responsibilities include: -Support Project Managers and program leadership across a mainframe migration program with multiple workstreams -Own and maintain project governance and documentation in strict adherence to PDLC standards -Prepare and manage project charters, meeting minutes, status reports, and audit artifacts -Ensure all meetings are documented, with action items clearly captured, assigned, and tracked to closure -Track risks, issues, dependencies, and approvals, following up proactively with stakeholders -Coordinate with mainframe application, platform, and infrastructure teams across the program -Leverage Jira and Confluence to manage task tracking, documentation, and cross‑team communication -Support audit, compliance, and control activities within a highly regulated Financial Services environment We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements -3–5 years of experience in a Project Control Officer, PMO, or junior Project Manager role -Experience working in Financial Services, with a strong understanding of audit, compliance, and governance expectations -Hands‑on experience working within a formal Project Delivery Life Cycle (PDLC) -Experience supporting project charters and governance documentation -Strong proficiency with Jira and Confluence -Experience supporting mainframe projects -Exposure to platform or infrastructure migration initiatives -Experience working in large, complex, multi‑workstream programs
