The Project Control Engineer supports the project team throughout all phases of project delivery by managing project controls processes such as budgeting, cost monitoring, forecasting, progress measurement, and financial reporting. The role plays a key part in ensuring projects are executed within approved baselines while supporting effective cost control, variance analysis, and overall project performance management aligned with scope and schedule. Key Responsibilities: Project Controls & Financial Management Development, monitoring, and maintenance of project cost budgets and forecasts Tracking project expenditures, commitments, and identifying cost variances Preparation of cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and project performance dashboards Support change management processes, including evaluation of cost and schedule impacts Application and understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) principles Identification of cost and schedule risks and support mitigation strategies
