The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking a Project Control and Business Operations Manager to work side-by-side with the most knowledgeable and dedicated team members in the DoD to manage, build, and implement a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transportation management system in support of a high impact DoD customer. This position leads the “back office” team to ensure that all project control elements are executed at an elite level. This is a fun, fast-paced work environment and an excellent opportunity to support mission-critical services for our military! 


Responsibilities:

Lead a small team of motivated professionals to provide project control functions

The team will be responsible for: schedule management; risk management; program metrics reporting; cost reporting; project status reporting; resource management, including onboarding; travel management; management of government furnished equipment; software purchases; sub-contractor management; and deliverable management, including technical writing

Collaborate with Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager to meet program objectives


Qualifications:
Required: 

Master’s degree in engineering, operations research, business administration, or other relevant field (Bachelor’s degree with two additional years of professional experience may be considered in lieu of graduate degree)

12+ years of relevant professional experience

At least ten years of experience working on project control activities such as schedule management; cost management; risk management; resource management; and deliverable management

Experience managing a small team of professionals

DoD program leadership experience

People management and soft skills needed to successfully lead a diverse team of experts across both technical and non-technical roles

History of increasing roles and responsibilities that promote leadership and technical acumen


Desired:

Additional certifications such as:  Project Management Professional; ITIL Foundation Certification; Planning Scheduling Professional; or other similar certifications

USTRANSCOM experience

Experience on an agile software development program

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$95,500-$210,100
